Telephonic
Case Management Services
Telephonic Case Managers intervene soon after the loss,
establishing case duration and identifying actions needed to resolve
a claim. The case manager helps form appropriate and cost effective
treatment plans, and identifies job options and job modifications
to promote early return-to-work
Early intervention helps contain costs and resolve claims, while
ensuring that the injured or ill employee receives appropriate treatment,
an expedited and sustained recovery and a safe return to work.
Our telephonic case managers are Registered Nurses, some hold CCM
certification as well as CPUR and CRRN’s.
